We enjoyed a neat double room that featured central heating and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. the hotel is situated in a charming old palace, which adds to its unique appeal. A delightful find was Café Carafe Coffee Roasters, just 1 km away, making our mornings even better!

everything about this hotel is brand-new. the family room is absolutely fantastic and has an air conditioning and a tv set. the atmosphere of the venue is quiet. it boasts good and perfect location next to restaurants, the churches and a cafe in the main square.

We had a terrible experience on New Year's Eve due to the loud street noise that kept us up all night. the check-in process was a bit confusing and not properly communicated beforehand.

What an outstanding new year experience! the ornately decorated ceilings and period furniture were breathtaking, reminiscent of living in a palace. Being just a few steps away from the UNESCO pedestrianized center made it incredibly convenient to explore the charming town. the modern bathroom was on par with any five, star hotel, and the office space outside with a terrace offered an excellent nook to work on my laptop and unwind. Street parking was available for free, making it a stress, free arrival.

The breakfast experience was lackluster at the nearby cafe just a block away. Staff training was lacking there.

It had a historic vibe with its 18th-century palace setting, and the view overlooking the Santa Maria La Nova district was breathtaking. I loved the fact that it had all the amenities I needed, including a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a private bathroom. As someone who likes to have their own space and be independent during a holiday, this room was the perfect choice for me.

Personally, I found the tile/marble floor in the double room a bit cold and uncomfortable to walk on. However, I understand that others may appreciate the authenticity of this feature.
